ADXL1003 在拓展频率范围内提供***的噪声密度,并且已针对轴承故障检测和诊断进行优化。ADXL1003 在整个线性频率范围内具有 45 μg/√Hz 的噪声密度(典型值)。微机电系统 (MEMS) 加速度计具有稳定、可重复的灵敏度,并且可以承受高达 10,000  g 的外部冲击。

集成的信号调理电子产品可实现全静电自检 (ST) 和超量程 (OR) 指示器等特性,可用于嵌入式应用。凭借低功耗和 3.0 V 至 5.25 V 的单电源供电,ADXL1003 还可实现无线检测产品设计。ADXL1003 采用 5 mm × 5 mm × 1.8 mm LFCSP 封装,可在 ?40°C 至 +125°C 的温度范围内工作。
